Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey (cooked, drained)
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 0.5 cup cooked sweet potatoes
  • 0.5 cup chopped spinach (lightly steamed)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or salmon oil

Method
